Welcome to Pause Salon & Spa. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and booking services.

By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Pause Salon & Spa, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our services if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Appointments and Bookings

• Booking: All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and therapist.
• Accuracy: Please ensure that all personal details provided during booking (name, phone number, email) are accurate to receive confirmation and reminders.
• Confirmation: Receiving a booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive a formal confirmation via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp from our team.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service value).
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee equal to 100% of the booked service value.
• Deposits: For certain premium services, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is forfeited if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or if you fail to show up.

3. Punctuality

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms.
• If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment time to ensure we do not delay subsequent appointments. You will still be charged the full price of the original booking.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment to a later date.

4. Health and Safety

• Consultation: Your safety is our priority. Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, injuries, or pregnancies before your treatment begins.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may adversely affect your health or safety, or if we cannot perform the service safely due to skin conditions or other factors.
• Hygiene: We maintain strict hygiene standards. If you have any contagious skin conditions or illnesses, please reschedule your appointment until you have fully recovered.

5. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other local payment methods as displayed in-store.
• All prices are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT where applicable.
• Tipping is not mandatory but is appreciated if you are satisfied with your service.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and staff, we expect respectful behavior. We reserve the right to terminate a session and ask a client to leave if they exhibit abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients. In such cases, full payment for the service will still be required.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Pause Salon & Spa and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Pause Salon & Spa for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pause Salon & Spa, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services. Pause Salon & Spa shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
